Common requests

• Refunds — refunds for App Store purchases must be requested through Apple. Open the Receipt email Apple sent you and tap "Report a Problem". We can't process refunds directly.
• Account deletion — sign out and reply to this email asking to delete your account. We'll wipe your authentication record and any whitelist entry within 7 days.
• Sign-in problems — try signing out and back in. If you used Sign in with Apple, make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID. If you're still stuck, email and include your account email + a description.
• Bug reports — include your iOS version, the build number (Settings → About inside the app), and steps to reproduce.
