Dose Doc

Terms of Service

Effective May 6, 2026

By downloading, installing, or using Dose Doc ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

What Dose Doc is — and isn't

Dose Doc is an educational and tracking tool for peptide users. It helps you organize your protocols, calculate mixing math, log injections, track progress, and ask an AI advisor questions about peptide research.

Dose Doc is not a medical device, not a clinician, and does not provide medical advice. Nothing in the app — including any response from the "Dose Doc" AI advisor, any peptide entry in the catalog, any dosing range, any bloodwork interpretation, or any feature — should be treated as medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare advice.

Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any peptide protocol. Peptide use carries real risks, including infection, hormonal disruption, and unknown long-term effects. You assume all risk associated with your use of peptides.

Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Dose Doc. By using the app, you represent that you are 17 or older and legally capable of entering into this agreement.

Your account

Subscriptions and purchases

Dose Doc offers Pro features through subscription and one-time-purchase in-app purchases. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled in your iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. We do not handle billing directly — all purchases are processed by Apple under their standard terms.

Refund requests must be made through Apple. We do not have the ability to issue App Store refunds directly.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Intellectual property

The Dose Doc name, logo, app design, peptide catalog content, and AI prompts are owned by us. You retain full ownership of any data you input into the app — your protocols, your injections, your photos, your bloodwork. We claim no rights over your personal data.

Disclaimers

The app is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of peptide information, AI advisor responses, or any other content in the app. Peptide research evolves quickly; what's accurate today may be revised tomorrow.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of Dose Doc, including any harm related to peptide use. Our total liability for any direct claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Dose Doc if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Effective date" above. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of the United States.
